  • Make data, regarding employee performance, visible.
  • Increase efficiency of existing CRM, ERP systems.
  • Improve the ability to manage the internal systems such as contractual obligations, customer requirements and staff training.
Challenges faced
  • Working alongside the Head of Operations, to ensure all systems were useable
  • Existing CRM system did not have all the required functionality for LIEs needs.
  • Improving data literacy to ensure the systems were useable by LIEs employees
Solution provided
  • Deployed Qlik reporting, visible through screens throughout the office, to ensure employees remain on target.
  • Developed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that Language is Everything can monitor.
  • Created an invoice summary integration with the Zoho CRM system and Xero balance value.
  • Tick 9 built a syncing tool to turn disparate systems into one functional platform. The sync occurs every 30 minutes looping data back from Xero accounting, Zoho CRM, Qlik Sense.
